All our blinds are custom made to your specifications and therefore are not returnable or refundable. If your blind is damaged or faulty when it arrives call us immediately. You can return it to us, and we will refund you the full purchase price. Product is Not as described on the website. Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
This guarantee does not include Made to Measure items.
Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received your returned items and checked them, a refund will be authorised to you.
Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.
Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
If you want us to arrange the collection of your item/s for return, the use of the carriers will incur a charge of ₹250 per parcel (this is non-negotiable as this is a charge that is externally set by the carrier company).
Please contact us first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Please have your order number ready.
Please write your order number clearly on the package you are returning.
Please return in suitable packaging to avoid damage.
